RENTAL POLICIES

Renters agree to these rental policies:

  1. Rentals start at the time equipment leaves our yard, and ends when returned to our yard.
  2. One rental day is a 24-hour period (from time out to time in).
  3. Rentals include Sundays and holidays unless otherwise arranged.
  4. A deposit is required (cash or approved major credit card) unless you've already established credit.
  5. The renter is responsible for proper use, maintenance & insurance coverage for equipment rented.
  6. Any lost or damaged equipment will be charged to the customer at the time payment is due.
  7. Cleanup charges will apply for equipment returned in an unreasonable or unclean condition.
  8. Delivery and/or pickup of rental equipment may be provided, extra charges will apply based on staff time and distance travelled.
