The Kelowna is designed to mount on a concrete slab and does not include a wood floor.  This model has a cottage style roof with 2/4″ tongue & groove roof boards.  A great barbecue shelter and can be assembled by 2 people in 2 days.

If you can put building blocks together and read instructions, you can likely build it.
